Our remote control components and revolutionary SpitFIRE can be ordered directly from Innotech by dealers, developers, and manufacturers.
Please note:
1. As a product developer/manufacturer, Innotech Systems can only accept orders directly from business customers. Orders of products for personal usage cannot and will not be accepted. Minimum order is $200 per line item, $500 per order.
2. SpitFIRE and SpitFIREII remote controls can be ordered from Smarthome USA.
3. Shipment of orders less than $1,000 USD will be by UPS only. Normal shipment of domestic orders is by UPS ground. If faster delivery is required, please specify UPS RED (Next day delivery). International orders will be shipped UPS Worldwide Express.
4. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipment of your order. We cannot expedite handling of individual orders.
5. If ordering by credit card, please remember to include the credit card confirmation number on the order form. Orders cannot be processed without this number.
The terms of sale for first time orders is by prepaid check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), or wire transfer of funds. Sales are FOB Port Jefferson, NY. Factory minimum order is $200 per line item, $500 per order.

U.S. Customers, please include $25.00 for shipping and handling by ground. For shipment by UPS RED, or for shipment of international orders, the additional shipment cost will be charged to your credit card number.

Notes:
1. ISI201B and ISI301B remote controls are not available in quantities below 1000 units.
2. The Innotech remote controls are customized to your specific application. In addition to the customized overlay template and keypad, these options include:
- User-specific proprietary encoding,
- ASCII encoding for use with PCs, microcontrollers and the SP1001,
- An Innotech-proprietary code that matches the IC1001 decoder.
When ordering ISI101B, ISI104, ISI201B, and ISI301B, please specify your application.
